Water ionizers are either manufactured in China, Korea or Japan. There are so many different kinds of water ionizers, with companies all promising the same things, that it can become a difficult decision to make. People, initially, tend to be attracted to the most inexpensive due to how new the concept is to people.

Currently all the ionizers manufactured in Korea and Japan except The Water Ionizer all share the same components, all the electrodes are made in one factory and all the parts are made in a few other factories. The only differences with the ionizers will be the shell, the functions and the brand – this is how to make ionizers in a cost effective way and they are called OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, i.e. they buy all the parts in and just put them together in their own factory. Safety

You will find that appliances sold in Europe have to go through safety and environmental self-regulatory testing, which is shown by the CE (Conformité Européene) marking. The two main tests are, the electromagnetic compatibility test, which deals with the amount of acceptable radiation given off from the product, and the low voltage test, which tests for the general safety of the electronics.

Almost all the ionizers on the world market place are 110v machines. European machines are generally 110v machines superficially converted to 240v. The CE marking is self-regulatory, and an importing company does not necessarily have to undertake the tests, until there is a problem. If a company cannot independently show their product’s test results, then maybe you should question why. The likelihood is that you’ll never be electrocuted if the ionizer is converted from 110v, but the product will probably have a shorter life and you will not be sure of the strength of the electromagnetic field (EMF) the product will be emitting, which, if over safety levels, is dangerous to your health. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Our manufacturer was the first to introduce AI into water ionizers. Today, the most advanced patented water ionizer computer technology in the world is in The Water Ionizer. The AI automatically controls every function of the product including the rate of flow into the electrolysis chamber, the constant physical analysis of the water and the cleaning of the components inside the product. A couple of companies have created inferior copies of our AI but cannot match our level of technology and performance.

Patented Cleaning Process

The Water Ionizer was the first to introduce an advanced cleaning process to keep the electrodes at peak performance, which is still the benchmark today. Instead of cleaning the electrodes before use, which the majority of ionizers do, ours cleans the inside of the machine every time it has been used. Even when our product is ionizing water, it is keeping itself clean. No other water ionizer can boast of such control.

Patented Neuro Electrolysis Computer (NEC)

The Water Ionizer was the first machine to have an automatic method of controlling the pH and ORP of the output flow of water, and it is still the industry’s best. Why do you need NEC? Well, it is recommended to drink ionized water at a pH of around 9, so the machine will do its best to find the perfect setting with any water source. Water is as mysterious as life itself, constantly changing, adopting new things and coming across difficult paths to cross. So by the time you turn off your tap and turn it on again, something will have changed within the water, for instance, the pH, temperature, ORP, pressure, conductivity or mineral or contaminant content. Wherever you are, NEC will create the best possible ionized water for you to drink and use.

Longevity of Ionization

The Water Ionizer is the only ionizer that can continue to ionize a continual flow of water for a long period of time without damaging the electrodes or decreasing in strength through the furring (calcium bicarbonate build up) of the electrodes. Our machine uses a unique method to minimise the risk of damage and furring of the electrodes. Other water ionizers on the market use transformers to produce the charge in the electrodes, which will be generally emitting Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) or a square waveform. These waveforms inflict damage to the electrode plating, which shortens the life of the electrodes and will eventually poison the water with titanium oxide. Most water ionizers will steadily decrease in the strength of ionization within a matter of months according to testing. Filtration

The Water Ionizer uses a 1-micron fibrous activated carbon removing sediment, contaminants and bacteria such as E-Coli, Cryptospordium and Cholera. This filter has no gimmicks such as far infrared, added calcium (which helps the ionization process for the other ionizers) or UV – all of which bring little if anything in fighting bacteria within a filter! The Water Ionizer filter has a life of around 20,000 litres due to its quality and strength of the fibrous materials.
